Hit up Summer Thyme Cafe for some killer brunch—it’s a local gem! Also, snagged a clean studio with a full kitchen which was super handy for family eats.
Check-in was a hot mess. The staff seemed lost, and double charges made my wallet cry. Plus, the outside needed some serious TLC—looked like it hadn’t seen a paintbrush in ages!

I appreciated the warm feel of the environment during my recent stay. The room was clean and had a kitchenette that really met my needs. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the TV had great clarity. The front desk staff were friendly, making my experience smoother. Parking was free, which was a plus. Although not downtown, it was accessible.
The building's exterior did not look appealing and needed maintenance. I encountered minor issues with check-in, but they were resolved quickly.

We really enjoyed our time here with the kids, especially the fun at the pool and the BBQ grills available for use. The rooms were well-equipped, making it super easy to whip up some meals together. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall good vibe! 😊

Not recommended for families who want cleanliness
The front desk staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful! They even provided us with a fan within minutes when we asked, which made a huge difference during our stay.
It cost a pretty penny, but we weren't left with many options.

Comfortable Family Stay with Helpful Staff
We enjoyed a relaxing week with our kids, utilizing the spacious kitchenette for home-cooked meals. The evening social meals created a welcoming vibe. Quick tip, arrive early for breakfast to avoid rush hours! The outdoor facilities, especially the pool, provided fun family moments.

It was just an optimal selection for a momentary pause in Kalamazoo, great for the money. The free breakfast offered scrambled eggs and waffles, which were a nice touch. Be prepared for potential noise from neighboring rooms.

missingWrote a review on Jan 26cute roomgood breakfasthelpful staffdirty couchold fixtures
I stayed in a cute little room, but it was definitely showing its age. The rug was torn and the ceiling had tacks all over. Missing light fixtures and random dust on the sheets were weird. The mattress had no protection, which felt gross. I also noticed chipping paint, and there were spiders in the couch when I got in. Just not the best experience overall!
